Charbella Performance Horses Venue Rules

No Riding Without Supervision: Riders must be accompanied by a qualified instructor or coach at all times while riding.
Helmet Policy: Approved safety helmets must be worn at all times while mounted.
Footwear: Appropriate riding boots must be worn when handling or riding horses.
Waivers: All riders must sign a waiver before using the facilities.
Insurance: Coaches must provide proof of current public liability insurance.
EA Members Only: Riders must be current members of Equestrian Australia (EA) to use the facilities.

Respect Facility Boundaries: Stay within designated riding areas and do not enter paddocks or private property.
Arena Rules:
Riders are only permitted in arenas with a coach present.
Keep gates closed at all times.
No lunging in the dressage or showjumping arenas without prior approval.
No lunging or riding in the carpark area under any circumstances, warm up is only permitted on the designated arena with the coach present.
Round Yard: Only one horse at a time unless under instructor supervision for specific exercises.
Cross-Country Course:
Safety Vests: Cross-country approved vests must be worn at all times while on course.
Do not ride alone; A coach must be present at all times.
Check jumps and footing before use, and report any damage.
Use only approved cross-country obstacles appropriate to your level.
Follow all signage and posted guidelines.

No Loose Horses: Horses must be attended to at all times and securely tied in designated areas.
Clean-Up: Riders must remove manure and tidy up grooming and tacking areas after use.
Feeding: Do not feed horses without permission from the owner or manager.
Rubbish removal: All rubbish must be taken away with you, including any unused feed and hay.

Right of Way: In arenas, riders should pass left shoulder to left shoulder and announce when entering or exiting.
Noise Control: Keep noise levels to a minimum to avoid startling horses.
Parking: Park vehicles and floats in designated areas only.
Respect Agistees: Be courteous and considerate of agistees and their horses at all times.
